For consumables such as laboratory reagents, gloves, sutures and injection supplies, any interruption directly affects hospital operations. Hemera Medikal prepares an annual consumption forecast from your institution's usage data and converts it into a monthly delivery calendar.

How it works

1. The last six months of consumption and device counts are reviewed.
2. Safety stock and expiry date rules are defined.
3. A fixed-price annual framework agreement is signed.
4. Planned deliveries are made every month, with remaining stock notifications sent by email.

Reagents requiring a cold chain are delivered at 2-8 °C with a temperature logger. You can also forecast your needs yourself in advance with the consumables calculator on our site.

Contract advantages

Under a framework agreement prices are fixed for 12 months, tiered discounts apply as consumption grows and urgent additional orders are delivered within 24 hours. No penalty applies if the annual commitment is not reached; the contract can be revised mid-year to reflect actual use.
