As Hemera Medikal Ticaret A.Ş. we are the data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). This notice informs you about personal data processed through our website, quotation, demo booking and technical service forms.
Data processed and purposes
Name, organisation, title, phone, email and request content are processed to prepare quotations, schedule demos and service appointments, manage contract and invoicing processes, handle product safety reports and meet legal obligations. We do not request patient data; please do not enter patient identity information in forms.
Transfer and retention
Your data may be transferred only as far as the service requires to our authorised service subcontractors, to the manufacturers (for product safety reports) and to legally authorised public bodies. Data is retained for the period required by the relevant legislation.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. You can send your requests to kvkk@hemeramedikal.com.tr.
