We completed our new operating theatre's lights, autoclave and monitor project with Hemera. Installation kept to schedule, training was documented and we had no faults in the first year.

When I open a service call by form we are called the same day and the technician arrives the next morning with the spare part. The service reports help us enormously in audits.

We took the haematology analyser under the rental model. The price per test is fixed and a back-up device is ready. We now know our costs exactly at the start of each month.

The monitor training put our nurses at ease. They configured the alarm settings to our protocol, and from the first week the number of unnecessary alarms fell noticeably.
