The ST-250 is a pre-vacuum steam steriliser built for central sterile supply departments (CSSD) and large operating theatre units. With a capacity of six standard sterilisation containers (1 STU) it runs smoothly even in busy surgical programmes.

The device is subject to periodic inspection under pressure vessel regulations. Hemera Medikal provides installation, commissioning, biological indicator training and annual validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) together.

Infrastructure requirements

The device requires 400 V three-phase electricity, softened water and a drain line. In the on-site pre-survey any infrastructure shortcomings are reported in writing; an IQ/OQ/PQ report is handed over after installation.
